Cataract surgeon since 1988, and has performed more than 40.000 cataract surgeries. Refractive surgeon since 2001, phacic lens implantation (ICVL) and refractive lens exchange. Stopped LVC in 2017, but still performing ICL and RLE woith a yearly volume og artound 4-500 eyes. Mentoring 5 PhD projects focusing on refractive accuracy and Ocular Surface. iFocus Øyeklinikk Haugesund has a staff of 25, performing 2000 surgeries and 12000 consultations pr year. A new clinic in Stavanger (iFocus Stavanger) city opened 2023.
